After starting my first business at 18, I quickly learned that my biggest passion was the creating and design aspect of business managment. I created Conceptial as a place where I could express my creativity and help other entrepreneurs and big dreamers to curate a brand that resonated deeply with them and their message. Since then, I have helped women and business owners all over to create the business of their dreams.

Through my experience, I have learned that creating a successful brand requires a combination of strategic thinking and creative vision. It's not just about having a pretty logo or a catchy slogan, but about understanding your target audience and crafting a message that truly connects with them.

At Conceptial, I work closely with my clients to understand their unique vision and goals, and then use my expertise to bring that vision to life. From branding and website design to social media strategy and content creation, I offer a full range of services to help entrepreneurs and business owners build a brand that stands out in a crowded marketplace.

But beyond just the technical aspects of branding, my mission with Conceptial is to empower my clients to think big and dream even bigger. I believe that with the right mindset and support, anyone can create a successful and fulfilling business that makes a positive impact on the world.

Hi, I’m Ruby, a social media and marketing assistant who loves creativity, storytelling, and digital design. I completed my Certificate of Business at the University of Waikato, where I focused on marketing, PR, and communications.

With a background in dance, I’ve always been drawn to creative expression and now I use that same passion to create content that connects with people. I love combining creativity with strategy, crafting posts, visuals, and campaigns that catch attention and feel genuine.

Whether it’s planning social media, designing content, or sharing brand stories, I’m all about bringing ideas to life in ways that are authentic and engaging.

Hannah is the Creative Director here at Conceptial, known for her strong creative vision and refined eye for detail. With an instinctive understanding of what audiences are drawn to, she leads the creative direction across all client accounts, directing shoot days, planning and conceptualising content, and building mood boards that bring brand visions to life through thoughtful storytelling and cohesive visual execution.

From big picture planning to the smallest detail, she ensures every idea is executed with clarity and intention. Hannah has a strong understanding of social media and how audiences engage online. She focuses on creating content that is both visually compelling and strategically purposeful. She takes the time to deeply understand each brand’s voice, audience, and goals, ensuring every piece of content feels aligned and meaningful.

With a background in legal assistance, Hannah approaches her role with professionalism, organisation, and clear communication. She thrives in the fast paced agency environment, balancing big picture vision with close attention to detail to keep shoot days seamless and execution precise.

[ NICE HAMMOND ]

Nice is our Head of Security, responsible for welcoming clients through the door, conducting regular perimeter laps, and maintaining high-speed zoomie patrols throughout the office. She also oversees footwear compliance, ensuring any shoes left unattended are promptly chewed, and manages quality control by leaving nose prints on mirrors to confirm surfaces have been properly inspected.

In addition to her security duties, Nice serves as our in-house DJ, producing daily squeaky soundtracks courtesy of her toy collection. Most importantly, she provides around-the-clock emotional support through snuggles, cuddles, and unwavering loyalty.
